If you upload the wrong date format with your transactions, you will get an error. To troubleshoot errors we offer a guide you can download (more details here). If you open this troubleshooting guide using Excel, depending on you Excel configurations, it will change the date format from what you uploaded (which caused an error) to the standard for your region (which might be the correct format for your transactions).
To resolve this error, simply save your transactions with the correct date format and upload again.
