In the email notifying you that your product needs your attention, you will find a link to take you to the Partner Portal. After you login, navigate to Product Registration. Once there, you'll see a table with all your products. The ones that need your attention will be called out with a red bar to the left of the product name. You'll also notice the Registration Status has changed to "Needs Attention".
To see your review comments, hover over the product and click "Edit". When you're in edit mode, you'll see review comments on the right-hand side. These comments are from the account manager who reviewed your product and should indicate the changes you need to make to bring the product or packaging into compliance with Fair Trade USA policies. Make these changes and submit your product once more.
