The purpose of this guide is to help Fair Trade USA™ (FTUSA) partners complete Transaction Reporting.
Getting started in the Partner Portal:
Step 1: Log into the Partner Portal
If you do not yet have access to the Partner Portal or are experiencing login issues, please email partnersuccess@fairtradeusa.org for support. Please refer to the bottom of this document for support by language.
Completing Transaction Reporting:
Step 1: Accessing your report(s)
If you have any questions when accessing your reporting, please refer to a library of topics related to Reporting:
Step 2: Download and work offline or submit directly

Step 3: Field mapping
If uploading data from a file, select the “Transactions” sheet where the data is coming from and import the data to the “Add transactions” sheet before selecting “Continue.”
The next step matches column headers and field values.
Step 4: Saving report
When entering your data, you can click “Save” to save your progress. Even if you are not finished, or your report contains errors, you can get back to your report later through the “Open Reports” page.
Step 5: Submitting report
- After your progress is saved, you’ll need to submit your report!
- If your report contains errors, you’ll be asked to correct them before submitting.
- If there are no errors detected, you can click “submit” at the bottom of the page.
